- Cover Material: Coated silk, white 150-200gsm (100lb text) with a matte laminated hardcover.
- Backing Material: Sturdy 3mm (0.12 inch) thick cardboard.
- High-Quality, Sustainable Paper: inner pages crafted from 170gsm coated silk (65lb cover or 100lb text) using FSC/PEFC-certified or equivalent paper.
- Front and back cover are printable.
Follow the tips below when taking your photo! If you aren't able to follow these steps exactly, don't worry! We have a dedicated team who check all orders and photos as they come in.
If your photo doesn't meet our criteria, we'll let you know within a few hours of receiving your order and help you choose a more suitable one!

• Take your photo at eye level.
• Take your photo in natural daylight and don't use flash.
• If it's a pet, try to get him to sit or stay still - make sure there's no blur.
• Ensure that the long, floppy ears of your pet are visible in the photo and not out of frame.

3. Shipping (1-4 days): After production, your order is packaged and shipped. Delivery typically takes 1 to 4 days, with faster options available at checkout.
