Once you place your order, our artists will draw your design and send it directly to you via email. You can request as many changes as needed until your design is perfect.
Delivery:
Upon approval, you’ll receive an email with a high-quality version of your design, also accessible anytime through your account dashboard on our website.
Follow the tips below when taking your photo! If you aren't able to follow these steps exactly, don't worry! We have a dedicated team who check all orders and photos as they come in.
If your photo doesn't meet our criteria, we'll let you know within a few hours of receiving your order and help you choose a more suitable one!
